I know some of the answers to these queries may seem obvious to most, but they are questions that many have asked.

Yes I still have not got the hang of:

1. Gadgets ?

2. xml menu ?

3. Build Component (API) ?

And how to add a graphic to the bottom of this for my signature ?

I just do not seem to get them right or I do not understand.

In the meantime, since you both asked about gadgets, i wanted to introduce you to a new section we've added to our Flickr channel.

The Flickr channel showcases great examples of successful toolbar promotions (custom download pages, noise on twitter, blogs, promotions on facebook, desktop alerts, etc.).  Today we also added a set showcasing "sticky" gadgets.  The pages includes a screenshot of the gadget and a link to customize and grab the code.

Sean - FYI, we JUST launched a new resource section for publishers and there is a dedicated section for adding station to the radio:

other resources include news, tv, games and a section dedicated to toolbar promotions.  This is only phase one of the resource center.  More sections will be posted soon!

I just suggested it so that other users would know how.
